What is your refund policy?

If you encounter an issue with any of my products please contact me within 14 days of purchase so I may offer you a refund or replacement. You must send your item back at your own expense in order to receive a refund or replacement. My refund policy only covers a faulty product. I do not refund or replace due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, wrongful use or incorrect cleaning so please read the instructions carefully. If it is discovered the issue was caused by wrongful use or incorrect cleaning you will not receive a refund or replacement and you will need to pay for postage to have it sent back.

You can send your product back at your own expense and exchange the same product, you will also need to pay postage for the exchanged product. If your registered package was signed for but you didn’t receive your package, I will not send a replacement. If you believe that your item is not as described please feel free to contact me. I will make every effort amend the problem.

Are your cushions washable?

Yes, the cover and insert are both washable. Wash the cover in a washing machine on delicate/gentle cycle and hand wash the insert. Line dry


What are the care instructions for your T-shirts?

Wash your Tshirt before wearing. Turn your Tshirt inside out before washing, wash on a gentle cycle and line dry inside out.
